Pengaruh Optimisme, Dukungan Sosial, dan Faktor Demografis Terhadap Kesejahteraan Subjektif pada Perawat

Abstract

This study has aim to determine the effect of optimism, social support (emotional support, instrumental support, informational support, and companionship support), and demographic factors (gender, marital status, income, and length of work) to the subjective well-being in nurses. The sample in this study amounted to 227 nurses RSUD Pasar Minggu taken using non-probabililty sampling technique. Test the validity of measuring equipment using confirmatory factor analysis technique (CFA) with the help of software Lisrel 8.70. While the data analysis using multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of software SPSS 22.0. The results show that there is a significant effect of optimism, social support, and demographic factors on the subjective well-being of nurses. The results also show the proportion variance of subjective wellbeing described by all independent variables is 20.2%, while the remaining 79.8% is influenced by other variables outside this study.


Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh optimisme, dukungan sosial (dukungan emosional, dukungan instrumental, dukungan informasi, dan dukungan persahabatan), dan faktor demografis (jenis kelamin, status pernikahan, pendapatan, dan lama bekerja) terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif pada perawat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 227 perawat RSUD Pasar Minggu yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Uji validitas alat ukur menggunakan teknik confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) dengan bantuan software Lisrel 8.70. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 22.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan optimisme, dukungan sosial, dan faktor demografis terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif pada perawat. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan proporsi varians dari kesejahteraan subjektif yang dijelaskan oleh seluruh independent variable adalah sebesar 20.2%,sedangkan sisanya 79.8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.
