This research aims to address the cognitive gap among contemporary Indonesian society, which predominantly confines itself to vocal recitation without comprehending the profound linguistic nuances and Quranic objectives. Specifically, this study analyzes the role of "Quranic Rhetorical Analysis" on enhancing linguistic comprehension and developing rhetorical intuition among non-Arabic speakers through an accessible, functional exegetical-stylistic approach. The novelty of this research lies in presenting a functional rhetorical model that bridges the structural nuances of Quranic ordering with the analytical features of the Indonesian language, transcending literal translations. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method based on library research to extrapolate rhetorical structures and deconstruct their semantic frameworks, grounded in Al-Jurjani’s Theory of Nazhm (Syntactic Ordering) and stylistic-semantic analytical frameworks. The study focuses on selected Quranic texts: Surah Al-Baqarah: 21, Surah Yusuf: 1-3, and Surah Al-Hujurat: 13. Findings demonstrate that applying rhetorical analysis directly shifts societal linguistic perception from surface-level reception to conscious stylistic appreciation. This successfully elevates linguistic competence and facilitates the understanding of semantic nuances without traditional grammatical complexities. The study concludes that integrating rhetorical analysis into Indonesian social reality offers a functional epistemological model capable of bridging the gap between recited Quranic text and comprehensive linguistic understanding.
