Pengaruh Trait Kepribadian dan Persepsi Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja
Abstract
organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 160 orang pegawai salah satu universitas di Jakarta. Jumlah sampel terbagi menjadi 71 orang (44,4%) perempuan dan 89 orang (55,5%) laki-laki. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala kepuasan kerja, skala persepsi iklim organisasi, dan skala trait kepribadian dalam bentuk Likert. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor konfirmatorik (CFA) dengan bantuan software Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari lima variabel yang di uji, yaitu trait openness to experience, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness dan persepsi keadilan organisasi, hanya satu variabel yang secara signifikan memengaruhi kepuasan kerja.
