Korupsi di Sektor Perbankan: Dampaknya Terhadap Profitabilitas dan Kesehatan Keuangan

Abstract


Dalam sektor perbankan, korupsi memiliki dampak signifikan pada kredit, profitabilitas, dan stabilitas. Negara-negara berkembang cenderung lebih terpengaruh, terutama jika lembaga-lembaga dan tata kelola lemah. Aksesibilitas layanan keuangan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan juga terhambat. Namun, perlu lebih banyak penelitian tentang dampak korupsi pada perbankan syariah dan strategi untuk menjaga integritasnya. Kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah bahwa korupsi mempengaruhi profitabilitas lembaga perbankan di seluruh dunia dan strategi pengurangan korupsi penting untuk menjaga stabilitas ekonomi global. Korupsi dapat meningkatkan atau menurunkan profitabilitas tergantung pada konteks regional dan jenis lembaga perbankan yang dianalisis.
