I am a young motivated professional with an exemplary academic record and a professional career as a quality assurance educator.

Having achieved excellent grades in high school and at the University of The Gambia (UTG) along with active participation in extra-curricular activities, I am currently an active staff of Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education (MoBSE) and pursuing a master's degree program in education at Universitas Islam International Indonesia.  I have a proven aptitude for educational administration and quality assurance.

I am involved in various administration works during my days of teaching and as an acting School Cluster Monitor in Region 5 South, Janjangbureh, Central River Region (CRR).

During these years, I have attended lots of trainings to boost my administrative skills and also improve teaching strategies as an English, English Literature, and Physical Education. For instance, trainings that I had attended in Mansa Konko to update and review the School Management Manual and other relevant training like the Peace Corps have allowed me to develop a deep skill and understanding of key administrative strategies and policy-making. I have developed so much interest, passion, and experience assisting in the identification, formulation, and appraisal of strategic plans/policies, projects and programs, data collection and analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and budget planning on educational issues.
