I am a lecturer at Educational Management in the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Educational Sciences at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. I have earned my bachelor’s and master’s degree from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. I have completed my doctoral degree in educational management at Universitas Islam Nusantara through the ministry of religion doctoral scholarship program and passed a doctoral program with cumlaude rating. My research is focused on educational management and education in general.
