Rancang Bangun Sistem Penggajian Guru Menggunakan Akad Ijarah pada SMK Salafiyah Syafi'iyyah

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a system wake teacher  payroll data processing using Ijarah contract on vocational Salafiyah  Syafi'iyyah Pangkalan Jati, include: analysis, design and implementation of the system. Payroll system is an important function that is the responsibility of human resource management. Slow data processing and  calculation errors can result in slow presentation of information, resulting in delays in payment of salaries. The research methodology  consists of data collection methods and systems development methods.  Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and literature study. System development method used is a Rapid  Application Development (RAD) with tools Unified Modeling Language (UML). Website research results that teacher payroll data processing system at SMK Salafiyah Syafi'iyyah Pangkalan Jati, to facilitate the  update data and provide accurate information for each payroll teacher  at the desired time.
