Rancang Bangun E-Library Berbasis Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pada Sekolah Menengah Atas (Studi Kasus: SMA Negeri 32 Jakarta)

Abstract


Growth of fast information technology lately have entered all life area, marked with many him consumer of computer good to importance of business or company until to things having the character of entertainment amusement and education. In education world, technological bearing many new fitur-fitur to assist education process. Technological internet follow to play a part in to move forward education world. One of the adjusment of technology of internet in educational is applying in part of perpustakaaan. Library as institution organizer of book materials information, representing one of area which adjusment of technology of information expand at full speed. Growth of adjusment of technology of this information can be seen from growth of existing library type, early from library of manual, library of terautomasi, digital library and e-Library. With existence of growth that happened, hence required by e-Library being based on management relationship customer(CRM) able to be [done/conducted], so that service of consumer can be done/conducted as well as possible and also consumer lick lips to access woke up e-Library. CRM here represent combination of service of technology and information with aim to to build a system arranging relation with consumer. Software used in scheme and development of this system, using PHP and of Mysql.
