Abstract


There are several important factors that can determine the progress or decline of an organization or company, one of them is the role of the employee. Employees with high quality will help the company in achieving its goals. The company can provide rewards to employees who are considered outstanding in the form of a promotion. This research raised the case study of implementation gap analysis for decision support systems promotion on PT. Beyf Brothers. Currently the process of promotion of staff present in PT. Beyf Brothers has not been able to meet desirable because the need is still done manually. Systems development methodology used is a structured System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the design model used is the model matching profile (profile matching) as the method of calculation of Competency Mapping Gap and also PHP and MySQL as computer coding.
