Penilaian Tingkat Kematangan Tata Kelola Ti Pada Sistem Informasi Manajemen Akademik (Sim@K) Berdasarkan Domain PO dan AI Cobit Versi 4.0 (Studi Kasus: UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta)

Abstract

COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) Version 4.0 is a standard model of IT Governance which has gained widespread recognition. This study focused on two main domains COBIT, namely Planning and Organization (PO) and Acquisition and Implementation (AI) to the SIM@K UIN Jakarta. The research methods of data collection methods consisted of questionnaires with a purposive sampling technique, interviews and data analysis using the framework COBIT Version 4.0, based on the analysis and interpretation of data, are at level 2 (repeatable but intuitive) domain for PO, while the level 1 (Initial / ad-hoc) for the domain of AI. The findings for each control objective, based on the gap we determine the expected level of maturity at level 3 (define process) and can be used as recommendations for each control objective that has a maturity level gap.
