Abstract


Based on the decision of the World Summit on Information Society (WSIS) in Tunis in 2003 which was attended by state officials from around the world has set its commitment to building the Information Society the targeted half or 50% of the population in the World could be realized in 2015, include community colleges, Health, Business, etc. The information society is a society which meant that the information literate society that understands the importance of the information obtained from the community's ability to use a variety of media including Information and Communication Technology to access help information used in everyday life are included in solving problems. In order to realize this target, many countries in the world have established a strategic policy and be synergistic and integrated areas evenly in all its aspects to accelerate the realization of the WSIS commitments. In connection with the study aims to determine the policy of the Government's policy strategy to accelerate the realization of 2015. Information and strategic steps taken by the government in society to realize information. Data used is extracted from the data of the discussions, seminars, workshops and literature data. By using these methods are expected to reach a conclusion about a concrete picture of the strategic policy of the government in the establishment of the community Information.
