Kerangka Kerja Pengukuran Kinerja Berdasarkan Balanced Scorecard untuk Departemen Sistem Informasi

Abstract

In every activity that Information System Department had been done must had a final goal. In order to know, if there is goal already being achieved or not, then it should had been determined on how to measurement such activities. Balanced Scorecard could been used as an alternative on how tomeasure the goal achievement. So it could been used by policy maker to decide what the next move afterward.
