Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Program Umroh pada PT Arqom Bayu Nusaba

Abstract

PT. Bayu Nusaba Arqom is a business entity which is engaged in tour and travel services that serve foreign and domestic tourist trips. As a company engaged in tour and travel services other Pemesanaan programs require data collection and data management, prospective Umrah Umrah pilgrims integrated. However, based on observations in the field of data collection candidate registration Umrah pilgrims, Umrah program reservations, payments are still using paper media are used as a medium to archive the data and thus require a lot of space to store these files and the length of the search data for reports. Design of information system booking Umrah program uses the method of RAD (Rapid Application Development) tools and UML (Unified Model Language) and the use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagrams and class diagrams and using the PHP programming language and MySQL as database. Information system booking Umrah program created to minimize errors in surveying prospective Umrah pilgrims, Umrah program ordering, payment and reporting so as to assist the operations of the registration, departure and facilitate managers in view of the report ordering Umrah program to make reservations policy.
