Pengembangan Aplikasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Berbasis Web pada PT. Crystal Laju Wisata

Abstract


Information technology is growing rapidly once in the last decade, in which information technology is used as a modern marketing tool by many companies, one of them is PT. Crystal Laju Wisata  in field of tour and travel services. To improve services and tour information and travel, in order to maintain customer satisfaction, one of the steps can be taken to deal with the problem is with application development Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Web-based Tourism PT.Crystal Laju Wisata. With the development of this application is expected to increase customer satisfaction, especially satisfaction in getting information about tours and travel in this company. To developing this system, the researchers  use  waterfall  development  methodology strategy. The programming language uses PHP and MySQL as database and Dreamweaver 8 to design web interface.
