Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Provisioning Network Perangkat Catu Daya (Studi Kasus: PT. Telkom Divisi Regional II Jakarta)

Abstract

Provisioning Network Information System is an online information system web base developed, to bring off Peripheral Portions Energies. And interconnection of that telecom peripheral, those are on territorial Telkom UNR (Unit Network Regional) Regional Division II Jakarta. This application constitue collaboration result between UNR (Unit Network Regional) Division Regional II Jakarta stands up with Lab. Application Development R & D Center TELKOM passes through to program “Reimburse SLA 2005”. That more water down staff to do input and maintaining, and efficient data management maybe in utilize time and gets optimal job in data processing. Its aim to be able to give best service with: hastening provisioning's process (allocation & process work orders and handle complain handling), keeping history's data activation, and deactivation and reconfiguration system. Presented data can be accessed one easy way, quick, accurate and real-time. Its indemnity bond is data secrecy with authority arrangement logs in and password. And this analysis with method database application system micro life cycle include the following phases: System definition, Database design, Database implementation, loading or data conversion, application conversion, testing and validation, operation, monitoring, and maintenance.
