Perancangan Sistem Informasi Spasial Berbasis Web dalam Pengelolaan Tata Ruang Kota (Studi Kasus: Kota Semarang)

Abstract

The development of layout, infrastructure, natural resources and environment is one of city development planning process. Based on regional regulation No. 5 on 2004 about planning of spatial Semarang City, This regional regulation is oriented on the use of spatial information for all necessaries cohesiveness which is used maximally to increase the prosperity of society. The aim of this research is design information system spatial layout of the city which provide a module to allowed transfer of spatial data inter institutions. The Methodology of this research which is used by author is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Waterfall, consist of planning, analysis, design, and implementation. Planning is  carried out by classify  spatial data which is used available; Analysis is carried out by analyze system and  user of system; Design is carried out by DFD tools, Data Dictionary, ERD, STD, and open source WEBGIS MAPSERVER. The objective of this research is application web based which display spatial data of layout Semarang city. The spatial data which is displayed including regional per sub-district which comprise land use data, buildings, rivers, streets, lakes, green open space, parks, pipelines and boundary of administration. There is also an additional download and upload module for spatial data in shapefile format.
