PENGELOLAAN DANA ZIS PP NU-CARE LAZISNU

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS) funds at PP NU Care-LAZISNU. The study employs a qualitative approach using the library research method and applies A.F. Stoner’s management theory, which includes planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. The findings show that ZIS management involves fund collection through conventional and digital channels, followed by distribution through consumptive and productive programs. Productive utilization is implemented by providing business capital and equipment to small-scale traders, persons with disabilities, and farmers. Supervision is conducted through periodic evaluation and reporting. Thus, ZIS management not only addresses the basic needs of mustahik but also supports economic strengthening and community empowerment. The application of management functions is therefore essential to ensuring effective and sustainable ZIS fund management.
