Habiburrahaman Rizapoor is an Assistant Professor in the Sharia faculty of Badakshan University Afghanistan. He received his bachelor’s degree from the Sharia faculty of Kabul University in 2010 and his LLM degree in Asian and Comparative Law from the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, Washington. In addition to teaching in the public university in Badakshan, he also works as defense lawyer for both criminal and civil cases. He is now a PhD student at UIN Syarif hedayatullah Jakarta.
