ETIKONOMI is an international journal published by Faculty of Economic and Business, Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in cooperation with The Indonesian Association of Islamic Economist (IAEI). This journal focusing on Research about Economics in Developing Countries. ETIKONOMI is published twice a year (April and October), and it aims to disseminate Economics research conducted by researchers. Papers published by ETIKONOMI have been using English since 2016.

Etikonomi has become a CrossRef Member since year 2015. Therefore, all articles published by Etikonomi will have unique DOI number

Etikonomi had accredited Tier 1 by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science & Technology, No. 295/C/C3/KPT/2026 on January 2, 2026 (Valid from Vol. 24(1), 2025 until Vol. 28(2), 2029), Renewal of the Certificate No. 158/E/KPT/2021.

Etikonomi indexed by Emerging Sources of Citation Index, CrossRef, Dimensions, Sinta (S1), Goggle Scholar, Garuda-Dikti, Moraref, Indonesia One Search, ISJD LIPI, ASEAN Citation Index (ACI), etc.

Etikonomi has been selected for coverage in Clarivate Analytics. Beginning with Vol. 16(1) 2017, Etikonomi will be indexed and abstracted in Emerging Sources Citation Index.
