Abstract

Darurat militer di Ukraina m enentukan relevansi pengoptim alan efisiensi fungsi Badan Perbatasan Negara, t erm asuk m encegah pelanggaran adm inist rasi m ilit er di ant ara personil. Pekerjaan ini dikhususkan untuk masalah topikal individu dalam menerapkan pencegahan pelanggaran administratif di lingkungan perbatasan dalam kondisi modern. Tempat Dinas Perbatasan Negara sebagai subjek kegiatan pencegahan pelanggaran administratif di perbatasan negara dipelajari. Sebuah studi tentang pengalaman asing mengenai masalah karakteristik tindakan melanggar hukum di layanan perbatasan dilakukan. Landasan hukum untuk m em ast ikan akt ivit as t ersebut dianalisis. Bidang-bidang terpisah dari aktivitas pencegahan dari badan-badan perlindungan perbatasan negara dipertimbangkan. Penelit ian t ent ang pengalam an di seluruh dunia m engungkapkan karakt erist ik yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kondisi Ukraina dan digunakan unt uk m eningkat kan ef isiensi dalam m em perangi kej ahat an m ilit er. Sebagai hasil dari penelitian tersebut, rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan prosedur pencegahan pelanggaran administratif militer selama pemerintahan darurat militer diberikan.
