Abstract


This research paper, entitled: The integration of means of communication and its use in teaching and learning the Arabic language for speakers of other languages, addresses the issue of teaching and learning the Arabic language for speakers of other languages through its focus on an integrated vision of the means of communication. There are three motives that led the writing of this urging, the first of which is personal. The first motivation is what the researcher sensed of the keenness and strong motives for learners to learn the Arabic language in the Indonesian community through direct interaction with various employees of Maulana Malik Ibrahim University as an example. The second motivation is the researcher's standing on the university's experience in preparing a language environment to achieve effective teaching of the Arabic language to all students. The third motivation is related to the efforts made by Indonesian institutions in teaching Arabic, and responding to calls from educational institutions.

This paper addresses through the descriptive method the process of employing and using communication techniques in teaching and learning the Arabic language for speakers of other languages through three topics, the first topic deals with teaching and learning the Arabic language for speakers of other languages, and the second topic deals with the employment and use of communication methods in teaching and learning the Arabic language, and the paper is presented in The third topic is a vision on strengthening the relationship between Sudan and the Republic of Indonesia, through the establishment of a Sudanese Center for Distance Education to spread the Arabic language and Islamic sciences. The extrapolation of the educational reality of the Arabic language, indicates that the experience heralds a promising and promising future, but it requires more joint efforts through the use and localization of communication technology in reality. Also, taking advantage of multimedia while bypassing the negative role of social networks via the Internet, which has strengthened the “plight” of the Arabic language by spreading colloquial language to build a sound language according to acceptable standards, as well as caring for Arabic language teachers and coordinating their efforts to produce multimedia programs in light of the availability of technologies Modern. The paper concluded that the adoption of audio and visual laboratories in teaching Arabic in various stages of study in addition to traditional methods, creating and creating a creative environment that is attractive to contribute to teaching the Arabic language to speakers of other languages, and upgrading the skills of Arabic writing by adopting the concept of paper and network research (with Al-Janah), and adopting and applying the concept of the linguistic environment to contribute positively are all factors that contribute to achieving the desired goal. The research analysis relied on a number of primary references and secondary sources, which were available to the researcher.

This research is distinguished from other previous research in a number of points, the first of which is the ground on which the researcher relies on his specialization in the field of media, as he addresses the issue of the Arabic language from several approaches that combine education, media and linguistics to achieve the goals of the research within the framework of the school of knowledge integration between science. Thus, the research is an attempt by a specialist in the humanities, and thus offers a view that may be distinct from that of specialists, to advance efforts to improve the Arabic language.
