Optimalisasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi Dosen Menggunakan Tahapan IT Master Plan

Abstract

This paper was inspired by the premise to see the results that I  have done on the analysis of the factors affecting the performance  of lecturers in implementing the Tri Dharma College (a case study  in the study program information system FST UIN Jakarta),  associated with the IT Master Plan (Strategic Plan information  technology and information technology risk management) which is  used by the company will optimize the division became a  benchmark for success is the IT division, so that IT drafted a master plan to succeed in its goal. It can also we  make a referral to the college level. Because the success or failure of a  college is a Tri Dharma of optimal college, as we see in the  process of accreditation of a college, the biggest component is  the tri dharma college. This paper aims to provide a masterplan draft their manufacture to optimize the performance of Tri  Darma Universities that will be used as a standard by all  universities in Indonesia.
