Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Penjualan Barang (Studi Kasus: U.D Cendana Depok Townsquare)

Abstract

UD. Cendana is a commercial company which is engaged in the apparel business. Currently the system used by the UD. Cendana is manually so that the files are easily damaged and lost. Then in each department which existed at UD. Cendana has not been well integrated so that in every business process is not working effectively. Other problem in the process of ordering goods are still using conventional way is by bringing directly to distributors. The purpose of this research is using computer technology based to replace manual systems. Rapid Application Design (RAD) is the development system which is researchers used includes the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. At the analysis stage of system design using object-oriented approach to analysis (OOA). At the stage of design, using object-oriented design (OOD) and the tools used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The programming language used is Visual Basic and Mysql as its database.
