Analisis dan Perancangan E-Recruitment (Studi Kasus: PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, TBK Kantor Pusat)

Abstract


PT . Bank Muamalat Indonesia , Tbk is a first sharia banking in Indonesia and travels in finance based on Islamic principles. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Head Office do not have a real person computerized recruitment system. In the process of recruiting employees still manually until several stages of the process apply email CV to Bank Muamalat, then the data is selected by the company manually. Then when escaped administration then be contacted to do a written test, psych test, and interview. The level of activity very much, making this process takes time and energy that does little more work. Seeing the identification of the problems mentioned above the writer wants to make E -Recruitment system which can be used to aid the recruitment process, to make the plan design E-Recruitment , using the method Object Oriented Analysis Design ( OOAD ) with Sequential Strategy Waterfall development model ( Water Strategy Falls expression ) and use tools Unified Modelling Language (UML ). Planning system can help HCD, as employee recruitment department at PT . Bank Muamalat Tbk, in recruiting employees faster.
