Abstract


PT PLN is one of the power company in Indonesia. Customers scattered throughout the archipelago, where PT PLN is trying to provide good service to all customers. Among other functions are in the service of providing information about the electrical connection, the information procedure for the calculation of costs, information about the added power and much more related to customer service. SAW method is often also known term weighted sum method. The basic concept SAW method is to find a weighted summation of the performance ratings of each alternative on all attributes. SAW method requires a decision matrix normalization process (X) to a scale which can be compared with all existing alternative rating. Application design support system is designed to improve the performance of PT PLN in terms of providing services to customers. This application is made by using one of the methods Decision Support System (Decision Support System) is a SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). In this application the customer reported the complaint in accordance categories via SMS (Short Message Service). Based on the complaint of the sms-sms it will take a decision on which category most productive, that category will be improved services.
