Usulan Model Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi pada Domain Monitor, Evaluate and Assess Dengan Metode Framework COBIT 5

Abstract


PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia as a companies which is located outside the city and abroad, performs audit functions based on the audit guidelines of Bank Muamalat, however the Information Technology division of time delays often occur in each phase of the construction project and therefore contributes to the following schedule so the need for the proposed mechanism appropriate IT governance standards COBIT 5 is to provide solutions in the implementation of IT governance in the domain monitor, Evaluate, and assess the process MEA01 (monitor, Evaluate, and ssess their performance and conformance). This research was conducted using a questionnaire based on COBIT 5 framework, and the Guttman scale to determine the level of process capability calculations MEA01. Interpretation of data is done to determine the maturity level, the findings, Gap, and recommendations. Results The level of capability maturity level of calculation results are obtained MEA01.01 process is at level 2 (managed process), while the process MEA01.02, MEA01.03, MEA01.04, MEA01.05 are at level 3 (established process). While the gap in the IT Division MEA01.01 are yet to document life cycle management and change control processes for monitoring and reporting, IT Division MEA01.02 is not done RACI diagram for the change of communication performance and suitability of the target and tolerance with stakeholders, MEA01.03 is the IT Division has not made plans quality of the data collection process definition, IT Division MEA01.04 is not done design documentation reports are concise performance, easy to understand and tailored to the needs of management and IT Division MEA01.05 is not made a note of the tracking process performance results of corrective actions. Recommendations for each process is any process in MEA01 must have activity contained in COBIT 5, and meet the general practice at each level.
