Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Telkomflexi Classy (Studi Kasus: Kantor Daerah Telekomunikasi Jakarta Selatan)

Abstract


PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. (TELKOM) is a telecommunications company and the information provider (InfoComm). PT. Telkom has a division that specializes in mobile phone services (cellular) of the Division of TelkomFlexi. Customers on TelkomFlexi divided into two, namely prepaid and postpaid customers. In the prepaid customer registration process is quite easy, simply by purchasing and registration starterpack to 4444. As with the registration postpaid subscribers who takes a long time, from start to apply an active subscription to their handsets. In addition to the above issues, writing and typing a variety of forms of data concerning the prospective customer can make a prospect data inconsistency on each form, the difficulty of accessing the data as well as the prospect of data security and potential customers are difficult to maintain in terms of reporting survey results ensued prospect difference format reports in Kandatel, PlasaTelkom and FlexiCenter so disturbing officer2 sales performance as well as co-workers in PlasaTelkom and FlexiCenter. This study sought to design and build information systems TelkomFlexi registration using the web-based development methodology with a waterfall strategy. This information system consists of a Web-based registration TelkomFlexi Classy, Classy TelkomFlexi stock numbers, stock handset bundling with TelkomFlexi and related reports Classy TelkomFlexi registration. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the information system has been running as they are designed.
