Fiqh Siyasah Nusantara Abad XVII-XIX

Abstract


Abad XVII-XIX merupakan masa tadwîn yang lebih berarti konsolidasi pemikiran ke alam bawah sadar masyarakat (i’âdat binâ’i al-tsaqâfî). Dalam proses ini, al-Raniri dan para ulama Nusantara saat itu mengabaikan korpus pemikiran politik yang lain, seperti al-Aẖkâm al-Sulthâniyyah karya al-Mâwardî, atau karya al-Dharûrî fi al-Siyâsah Ibn Rusyd. Dengan demikian, mainstream politik nusantara bernuansakan Nashîhat al-Mulûk karya al-Ghazâlî, yang menempatkan fiqh siyasah sebagai etika politik, bukan fiqh tata negara. Mainstream ini tidak memungkinkan pembelahan antara kelompok muslim-non muslim, atau antara dâr al-islâm dan dâr al-ẖarb, ataupun pemisahan yang tegas antara agama dan adat, seperti kecenderungan sekularistik.
