The Avicenna Medical Journal
The Avicenna Medical Journal, the official journal of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, publishes multidisciplinary scientific papers describing innovative research across medical sciences, both basic and clinical. It focuses on mechanism-based and hypothesis-driven research addressing significant medical and health issues.
Since Volume 2 No. 2 (2021), The Avicenna has adopted a new manuscript template to improve publication quality. Issued twice a year under a peer review system, the journal contributes actively to medical problem-solving and related research aspects.
